• Errors in AI-generated content;
• Inaccuracies in third-party model outputs.

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid to us by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Captiva AI, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and legal fees resulting from:

• Your violation of these Terms;

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, failure to pay, or conduct that is abusive or harmful to others or to Captiva AI.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting meetcaptiva@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, your access will continue through the end of your billing period, and no refunds will be issued for remaining time.
